Shipping

Shipping is done via USPS and is a flat rate of $10 no matter the size of your order. We will ship anywhere on the mainland US, Hawaii, and Alaska. We are offering to combine shipping on multiple orders at this time as long as you place orders before shipment. Please send an email with your order numbers to bigtruckflowerfarm@gmail.com and we will refund the additional shipping charge on your additional orders. We will begin shipping within 1 week after the order is placed.

Tuber Quality

The price listed on each variety is for one tuber. All tubers are grown on our farm. We do not resell imports and have never purchased imports. We guarantee that tubers will be viable with at least one eye and true to type. Please open your tubers immediately upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours if there are any issues. After that time, we can not be responsible for any damages or rot. If you have an issue, please reach out to us to resolve it and do not leave a negative review on social media. We care deeply about offering a correct and quality product and will work to make it right. If for some reason a product becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be refunded. Please understand that we can not be responsible for damage due to pests, subpar growing conditions, bad weather, or negligence.

When it comes to viruses, we thoroughly inspect every plant that we grow and cull anything that appears remotely unhealthy. We sanitize our tools between plants. We randomly test some plants for viruses and have not yet ever had an experience with leafy or crown gall. That being said, it is estimated that up to 90% of plants are infected with some type of virus and this can easily be transferred between plants or insects. We can not be responsible if your tuber eventually shows the sign of some virus. If this does happen, we do appreciate you letting us know and we can work together for a resolution. We would not be responsible for anything more than the cost of the original tuber.

Farming methods

We use only organic farming methods to promote a beneficial and harmonious environment for the plants, the animals, and even the toddlers that we have running through our fields. We utilize only natural pest control practices.

Limits per Household

We are limiting the purchase amount of some varieties at this time so that more people have an opportunity to have their desired variety.

We accept most major credit cards to include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Please know that an item placed in your cart does not mean that it is reserved for you. Your order is confirmed only once your check out and receive a confirmation number.
